False prophets
With all the scriptures about false prophets they still prey on those of us that are doing the will of God. It just burns me up that they are that “good” at disguising themselves. I personally haven’t met one before but I can imagine the feeling of it feeling “real” but for me I would also have this feeling of doubt. But hey that’s just me but many people are taken on a ride that leads to their downfall. Families broken up over their “prophetic visions” or their “prophetic sayings” brothers and sisters, parents and children turn away from God all because this “prophet” said somethings that were good. Many people have left there ministries because of them and their so called things that God told them to tell you. Some people are easily fooled by the “words of God” and “prophetic utterances” especially since some have this distant knowledge of the things about you. Believers and Christians sometimes have a hard time trying to figure out how these people can just come into their lives with the “words from the Lord.” The way that these “prophets” come in is slick, I mean real slick sometimes these “prophets” have been either watching you from afar or in reference to myspace coming to your page from someone else’s page. Coming to your page these “prophets” can look around and then deduce from the pics, the things written on your page and even your friends you keep. This conclusion will lead the “prophet” to have that “prophetic utterance” for you and comes in to you thinking that it’s from God. We all have to be aware of the false prophet and “words” they say to us for it as says in First John 4:1 I John 4:1 “Beloved, do not believe every spirit but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” Testing these guys and continue on testing them. But there is another factor we have to do as well that is that we have to stay in constant contact with God. Yeah I know that’s hard for some of us but then again not really. We just have to know that God is never going to leave us of forget about us like a human would. God is not somebody he created that’s going to disappoint you when you think he’s going. And if God says no and to wait then why would he send a “prophet” to you telling to do the thing he said wait on. I believe that God wouldn’t contradict himself like that at all. Of course, that false prophet comes in like that wolf as it is talked about in Matthew. It is prayer that all of these false prophets stop their games and letting the devil use them to take innocent good people, believers and Christians who are going through a rough season where God wants them to focus on him and not you, Mr. “prophet”. Leave us all of us alone with your “prophecies” and “sayings” for us to hear. And if you do have the real calling of the office of prophet and you are allowing the devil to use you then my brother and sister you as well need to get reconnected with God and do it now before another person live is taken off the path that God has them on.
